Due diligence is inherently sensitive. Our work is built on an iron-clad commitment to confidentiality that protects clients, research targets, and the sources we interview. This is a commitment that has been honed by decades of experience conducting thousands of interviews involving the most secretive clients and sensitive subjects. It’s foundational to the work we do.

Client secrecy. Sources are told only that a confidential research project is underway. Your firm’s name and the purpose of our research are never revealed during outreach or interviews.

Protecting reputations. Our research is often conducted without the knowledge of the target executives and companies. Therefore, we adopt a completely neutral approach during both outreach and interviews that ensures information is gathered but never revealed.

Shielding sources. Every interviewee is assured that their identity and feedback will not be shared or otherwise disclosed to the subject of our research. As an independent firm, we may also provide them with anonymity when requested to prevent their identity from being shared with our client.

Ensuring secrecy. Our research is produced exclusively for the internal use of clients. It is never shared publicly, disclosed to third parties, or used for any purpose beyond the engagement for which it was commissioned.
